Pork Rollups

Ingredients

  • pork tenderloin strips
  • bacon - thick sliced
  • capers
  • Directions

    1. Cut pork into thick strips.
    2. Pound out parok into thin planks.
    3. Place bacon strips on top of pork.
    4. Add capers on top of bacon.
    5. Roll the pork and secure with tooth picks.
    6. Slice into 2 inch rolls.
    7. Fry pork on each side until brown.
    8. Transfer in a parchment paper-lined baking dish.
    9. Cook on 350 for 30 minutes.
